Burbage Visit – Thursday 4th July
Bookings are now being taking for our Members’ Visit on Thursday 4th July 2024 at 1.30, which will be a guided walking tour of Burbage hosted by the Burbage Heritage Group.

The walk will follow their published heritage trail and is only ¾ of a mile of easy walking and will take about an hour and a quarter.
Burbage has a long history that we hope you will find interesting. It is 20 miles away, just South of Hinckley and should take about 30 minutes by car (see: https://www.burbageheritage.co.uk/trail.html for further details).
Parking is a little limited so car sharing would be a good idea. This trip will be free to members and £3 for non-members, if there are any spare places. There is a limit of 25 for this visit. There are a number of cafés in Burbage where you could get lunch beforehand or a cuppa afterwards. Details will be sent to those who book places.
