Tour of Loughborough Bellfoundry

Address: Taylor’s Bellfoundry Museum

Our next visit will be to the Taylor’s Bellfoundry and Museum on Tuesday 18th November 2025.

Address:

Taylor’s Bellfoundry Museum, Freehold Street,
Loughborough,
LE11 1AR

You will find more details about Taylor’s Bellfoundry on their excellent website at: https://belltrust.co.uk.

Car Parking: Taylor’s is located in a residential area, so there is a limited amount of free on-street parking around the bellfoundry site. Free parking is typically available on the surrounding streets. We are within easy walking distance of the town centre.

We shall meet there at 10.30am for a guided tour of the foundry. Please wear suitably strong flat shoes and clothing as it will be dusty and also hot where they pour the molten bronze alloy into the moulds.

The foundry doesn’t have a café, but they offer tea and biscuits. To book your place, please contact Esther Hancock.
