Lubenham Heritage Group

We are currently planning a visit to the very interesting village of Thorney, near Peterborough, on Thursday 9th May starting at 10.30. Travel time from Lubenham is just over an hour by car. There is ample parking at the sites to be visited and those less agile may want to use their cars during the visit, which we hope will include the Thorney Heritage Museum with an introductory talk followed by Thorney Abbey. Arrangements for lunch and refreshments are in hand and more information and the cost to members will follow as soon as possible. The visit is expected to end at about 3.30pm.
