From Choirboy to Conductor – 12th May 2026 – Keith Green
Our lives take many turns and the occasional diversion as we progress. Our speaker on Tuesday May 12th at 7:30pm will be Keith Green from Chelveston. His musical career has ranged from choir boy to organist, actor, singer and musical director with the odd film thrown in.
Keith Green was a choir boy from the age of 9 years, and progressed to leading roles in many local musical shows. Going on from that, he became a film extra combining it with musical shows – now as a conductor in the pit! Keith is still singing (Northampton Bach Choir), plus he often plays the organ.

This illustrated talk follows Keith’s career in music, musical theatre and life in general. As a bonus, LHG members will be entertained by a duet recital, with Keith playing his electric keyboard.
